“10/10 Absolutely cannot recommend enough. I’ve been coming here for a few months now between the compression boots and the sauna. Staff are super friendly who can’t do enough for you and it’s also extremely clean. Really helps massively with recovery and overall wellbeing.”
“It's an absolutly wonderful place. My partner and I came there for the floating therapy session, and we enjoyed the experience a lot. We also like the place in general - very friendly and helpful staff, and very nice and relaxing atmosfere. We are planning to do the floating therapy again there. Highly recommend.”
“Great customer service, well priced, beautiful infrared sauna options. I really appreciate the shower/facilities being in the same room. I have never felt rushed during my visits. The space is kindly catered for clients relaxation and comfort. Great opening hours and super easy parking. I would highly recommend the infrared sauna treatment for a deep detox/refresh to the mind and body, and look forward to future visits.”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
