“Absolutely amazing service can’t recommend highly enough”
“Amy has been awesome to deal with, and I have been like a bear with a sore head, man flu, she has still been outstanding In my not very humble opinion you're not paying her enough, my thoughts being you should double her pay I would have pulled the pin and gone elsewhere if not for Amy Due to issues with a compounding pharmacy, that were beyond hydralyfes control and which have been resolved most efficiently and with wonderful cheery service by Amy Which meant a lot to me as I have been so damn sick, thanks Amy you are the business”
“Awesome!! Can't speak highly enough of the people and services. Efficient, friendly, supportive with exceptional service and caring nurses. The doctors make sure we understand every step and every aspect of our health is considered. I've been having treatments for a couple months now and the improvement in my health and emotional and mental state is exceptional and constant. I know Hydralyfe has been a big contributor to my extended life expectancy.... I'm so grateful”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
General information only, not a medical claim or advice.
