“Had such an amazing experience with the red light therapy and whole body cryotherapy. The staff were super welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. The cryotherapy was refreshing and energizing, and the red light therapy left me feeling relaxed and recharged. Definitely one of the best self-care experiences I’ve had , it was my first time and can’t wait to come back again!”

“I love my monthly facial with Karen. The hydra facial is really improving my skin. I have less black heads because Karen is taking good care of my skin. This is my me-time moment. It is relaxing and enjoyable. It is not painful. The compression on the legs is stimulating and they offer it complementary if you have the package. I can highly recommend Karen. She is gentle and explains everything she is doing.”

“I’ve been a member with CRYO for years, starting from the Al Ain branch, Abu Dhabi Country Club, then Reem Mall, and Mamsha Al Saadiyat. After all these years and memberships, I genuinely feel like they’ve become a second family to me. Even when my membership ends, I still find myself coming back because of the outstanding service, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere. The Mamsha branch is especially exceptional. The team is always friendly, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping clients achieve their wellness goals. A special thank you to Wafaa, whose leadership and positive energy make a real difference. She is always encouraging, motivating, and passionate about helping clients get the most out of every service they offer. The only thing I miss is the extended operating hours they used to have. I hope they bring back the earlier opening times and later closing hours, as it gave much more flexibility for those of us with busy schedules. It would make an already amazing experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent treatments with such a caring and supportive team. Highly recommended.”
