“The cryo machine is absolutely legendary! They literally put you in a freezer! I hate ice baths, even though they're important for recovery. Finally, this is the first time a center has a nitrogen recovery machine—cold but refreshing, instead of the ice stinging me! And they're playing music inside. I tried the leg and hip compressions, and wow, it's the first time I've felt my blood flowing so well. It's so relaxing after the gym. They also have lymphatic drainage massage and many muscle recovery techniques, as well as skincare and radiance treatments. I'll try them all!”
