CryoKinesis Wellness Studio

“I had excellent experience at cryokinesis. Just went for one session and happened to go now regularly. My mom 75 years feels good after her session and she did try for the face too Cryotherapy is a safe and non medical method for pain management and multiple other ailments Johanna is amazing person who was there with my mom patiently .”

“Recently completed 5 sessions of Cryotherapy for severe hamstring pain.. Am impressed with the setup - its cleanliness, care for hygiene, and professionalism; and the healing touch it provides. One feels very relaxed after a 3 min session. As an experiment, I tried the facial cyro treatment, and felt fresh and noticed kinda glow. That night, had a terrific sleep, like a log for over 10 hrs. Juliana and Lakshmi are super cordial, warm and very knowledgeable and skilled. Recommend to try this therapy even without doctor advise, whenever u experience any aches or tiredness, as it improves blood circulation..”

“As 24yr old Professional Footballer facing issues in Recovery due to Intense training and work schedule I recently tried Whole Body Cryotherapy, and it was a surprisingly refreshing experience. After stepping into the chamber, I was exposed to temperatures around –200°F for about three minutes. The initial shock of the cold was intense, but manageable, especially with the technician guiding me through the process. Once the session ended, I felt an instant rush of energy and alertness. Over the next few hours, I noticed reduced muscle soreness. The facility was clean, the staff professional, and safety protocols were clearly explained. I’d recommend it to athletes or anyone looking for faster recovery, reduced inflammation, or simply a unique wellness experience. This to the other three ! Pros: Quick recovery boost and increased energy Professional guidance and clean setup Refreshing mental lift after the session A great way to revitalize your body and mind — if you don’t mind the chill!”
