“I got a full set and a pedicure. Two of my finger nails broke after a week. Although the lady did a neat job on my toe nails but she didn’t scrub the bottom of my feet properly. I’m not very satisfied with the service.”

“My mother, who does not speak Norwegian very well, was a customer of this salon a few years ago. After the treatment, we discovered that pictures of her face had been published on the salon's social media. My mother had neither given consent to this nor signed any agreement regarding the use of the pictures. When we discovered this, I contacted the salon both by phone and in person to request that the pictures be removed. Instead of understanding and cooperation, we were met with a very unprofessional attitude. The general manager got angry and claimed that we had to pay the full price for the treatment because my mother had allegedly received a discount in exchange for using the pictures. This was not something my mother had understood or agreed to. In order to have the matter closed, we paid the difference as the salon demanded, with a clear agreement that the pictures would be removed. Despite this, the pictures were still left out. In the end, I felt compelled to report the matter to the police. Even then, we found the salon to be uncooperative and difficult to communicate with. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Lack of respect for customer privacy, poor communication and very poor customer service mean that I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. In my experience, they lack both professionalism, respect and the ability to treat customers properly.”
