“I had an amazing experience at Ember & ice. The ice bath and sauna combination was exactly what my body needed. The setup is super clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. The staff guided me through the process and made me feel very comfortable, especially since it was my first time. Loved the contrast therapy - it left me refreshed, energized, and completely de-stressed. Highly recommend for recovery, wellness, or just a unique self-care session. Even the Casper (owner) was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!”
