Absolutely incredible experience at EV Spa. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely family-oriented. The staff treat you with real care and professionalism, not like just another appointment on the schedule. The spa itself is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully designed. Every detail feels intentional. You can tell the team takes pride in creating an environment where people feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax, recharge, and be treated like family. Will definitely be coming back.

Especially after leg day, nothing beats passing out on the recliner while wearing the leg compressors. Love the Red Light therapy, cold room and cold plunge as well. Gotta make the time for yourself to be able to stick around after your work out and hit the EV SPA.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
