I had an amazing one-on-one experience with an OxyGeneo facial and a complimentary eyebrow lift. My skin felt instantly brighter, smoother, and deeply hydrated, with a beautiful natural glow. The personalized care made the treatment feel truly customized and relaxing. The eyebrow lift was a perfect bonus—subtle but noticeable, making my eyes look more refreshed and lifted. Highly recommend for anyone looking for glowing, rejuvenated skin and a results-driven facial experience!

I am extremely pleased with the hair regrowth treatment that I received from Anu at Nakota Spa. The treatment consisted of 8 sessions and by the 5th she showed me that I was starting to get little "sprouts" of new hair. She spends a great deal of time on each treatment (almost 2 hours), which consists of microneedling, light therapy and a massage application of growth serum. I finished my treatments a few months ago but I am continuing the microneedling at home and still seeing new growth. This is the second-best thing I have done for myself, second only to laser eye surgery.

I am very happy with the hair regrowth treatment that I had at Nakota Medispa. I feel a lot more confident and relaxed as I look a lot better. I enjoyed spending my time with Anu, she is very knowledgable. Her price is very reasonable considering the hair growth that I have after 7 treatments. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone who is losing hair, falling hair or has lost hair In addition I had Anu remove a sunspot using her FreezPen cryotherapy. It only required 1 treatment to reduce the sunspot significantly. It is currently still healing I encourage everyone to reach out to Anu for their skincare and hair care needs!

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
