In the end, it was really a no-brainer: it's one of the only (if not only) ice baths that can survive a cold winter in our snowy mountains of the Sierra Nevada, the chiller is powerful and efficient, and the customer service has been amazing. We love supporting smaller companies, and the way this company backs their product and supports their customers with quick responses and information makes you feel like you're dealing with a big team. The co-founder, Guillaume, has been especially pleasant to work with. I've recommended Eternal Bath to others interested in getting an ice bath, and feel like it probably outperforms many higher priced baths on the market.
