★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (23 reviews)
“Had a great first experience! The salon is beautiful and cozy, making it very easy to relax. I tried the compression massage and really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient and the staff was incredibly welcoming—they took the time to explain and show me exactly how everything works. I’ll definitely be back to try out their other treatments! In addition to the massage, I also tried the Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy. I was a bit nervous about the Cryotherapy at first, but it turned out to be a very pleasant and refreshing experience. The Red Light Therapy was also nice.”
“I found this wellness studio while traveling to Tallinn for work and it was definitely the highlight of my trip! The whole place has such a great atmosphere and the equipment is state of the art. I tried the cryotherapy and the sauna and both were absolutely amazing. I walked out feeling completely reset! The staff were also wonderful and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. If you’re in Tallinn you absolutely need to go!! Seriously. If I lived here I would be coming all the time!”
“My husband and I stopped while in Tallinn on holiday. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were able to do multiple things despite being walk-ins. Cryotherapy was definitely my favorite; my husband enjoyed the red light sauna the most. We enjoyed it so much we went back a second time the day before hopping on a 10 hour flight just to preemptively ease are travel aches and pains. Absolutely recommend!”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
