“Before I, as a self-confessed couch potato, was condemned to "forced exercise" at fitwell Park after rehab by participating in T-RENA, I found fitness studios awful.... The muscle-bound vibe..... all the show-offs groaning loudly while lifting weights as if they had to bear the suffering of humanity..... the judgmental and contemptuous looks you get as an untrained newbie..... All of that does NOT exist at fitwell Park!!! From the beginning, both during my T-RENA time and afterwards, when I became a full member, the entire team lovingly takes care of its guests!
