“T & Vanessa are amazing.!! Everytime I come they have great positive energy & very attentive to me while I’m in the chamber. They listen to me when I express how I feel about pressure or anything and I love that”
“I am currently doing both the hyperbaric O2 therapy and the cryotherapy. I had rotator cuff surgery in July 2019. I was referred here to help with the inflammation and to expedite the healing of my injuries. It's now 2 months after my surgery and my physical therapist, as well as orthopedic surgeon, have stated my recovery is ahead of typical schedule. My personal opinion about the treatments. I dont feel any immediate physical change with the hyperbaric. I've researched online and learned the hyperbaric shows results over time and with consistent treatments. I go 3 days a week. Physically I feel a positive change in doing my PT work. I have had similar shoulder surgery 12 years ago, and this recovery is going better. Mentally, I really feel better, calmer and less fatigue. Not sure how much the hyperbaric has an effect on that but there is a noticeable difference lately. The cryotherapy is awesome. Its usually around -160 to -180°. I do a 6 min treatment, which I think is the max time. Many start off at 3 min. It's cold! Sometimes mentally tough to get through. But the body feels fantastic. The shoulder gets a ton of relief, especially since I do it coming straight from my physical therapy. If you're thinking about getting these types of treatments, it's a strong recommend based on my experiences!”
“I love Frost Fit! I've always wanted to try a Cryo-chamber and it did not disappoint. Very helpful for muscle recovery and left me feeling energized! Staff was great and I got to meet the owner who is very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Frost Fit and Nevada disc and spine (next door to frost fit) to everyone. Great business!”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
