I’ve had multiple T-Shape 2 treatments so far with Terry and I am extremely pleased with my experience and results. Terry is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything throughout the process. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping her clients achieve the best results. I’ve already noticed a visible difference in both areas I’ve treated, which has made me even more excited about continuing my treatments. I trust her expertise so much that I’m constantly asking about other services and treatments she offers. Her passion for what she does and her commitment to her clients truly set her apart. I highly recommend her to anyone considering T-Shape treatments and other services she offers!

This place is amazing! Nurse Terry is SO knowledgeable and passionate, especially with skin care and whole body health. I’ve been to multiple cryo places over the last seven years and this place is one of the absolute best. My T-shape facial with Terry left my skin absolutely glowing! The services here are next level and I love their red light bed & cryo (full body, local & facial). Always a treat coming here. Highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience with Terry and the TShape 2 treatment! I started with the TShape2 facial and had 3 treatments, and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. The facial left my skin feeling tighter, smoother, and super refreshed — I noticed a glow immediately and my neck lines have practically disappeared. It helped with smoothing and toning, and I could see a difference in my jaw definition that has lasted. It’s a relaxing treatment and surprisingly comfortable. After seeing the results I had to try it on my lower body! I noticed my skin was tighter, and after one treatment the cellulite on my butt has started to smooth out. I can’t wait to continue. Terry is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell she really cares about getting great results for her clients. Highly recommend Terry and the TShape 2 if you’re looking for a non-invasive treatment that delivers visible results! I will definitely be going back.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
