As a personal trainer, I’m always looking for new ways to help my body recover and perform at its best—without relying on supplements or pills. Flow State offers a wide variety of recovery modalities designed to help your body operate optimally. The facility was extremely clean, with all new equipment, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They took the time to explain what each service was for and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the experience. I tried PEMF and absolutely loved it. As a first-timer, I really appreciated that the staff checked in on me halfway through my session and made sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend Flow State Cryo & Recovery to anyone looking to improve recovery and overall wellness—and I already have!”
