“We attended an ice bath workshop with Ice king!. Artyom is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the subject thoroughly. We then practiced breathing exercises and entered the ice bath under his guidance. It was amazing. A great opportunity for a first-time experience, and it was truly a positive and empowering session.”
“Amazing experience with Artyom from Ice King! We had an ice bath yesterday, and it was a special and empowering experience. Artyom was professional, patient and calm throughout the entire process. He explained each step clearly, gave us confidence, accompanied us personally and made sure we felt comfortable from the first moment to the end. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try an ice bath in a safe, professional and enjoyable way. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience!”
“Wow, what a crazy experience! I didn't think I would succeed, but from the moment we arrived until we entered the ice bath, I felt like I was releasing a lot of negative energy and replacing it with strength, calmness, and new energy. It was fun going through this process together. The personal story you shared with us was so moving and inspiring, and gave us a lot of motivation to believe in ourselves and not give up. Thank you for a special experience, for the guidance, for the good energy, and for the push to get out of your comfort zone. I recommend it wholeheartedly!”
