I just wanted to come back after leaving my review below, I was contacted by Hunter the new director and he was very pleasant and very understanding about the situation and made me feel heard. They were able to sort everything out for me and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful. He also told me that the people who were not very pleasant no longer worked there and they do not tolerate that kind of behavior towards their clients and I’ve never felt so relieved and appreciated. Thank you Hunter. _________________________________________________ I had a baby 5yrs ago and workout a lot and have lost a lot of weight but still had a bit of troublesome loose skin that I wanted to fix without going under the knife for a tummy tuck. I did my research and found iCRYo and they showed me images of people that had way more than me and it worked for them. I was excited and didn’t mind paying $1800 for it. The establishment itself made me uncomfortable when I would walk in the manager a bald guy never greeted me but always seemed to greet his other caucasian(WHITE) clients. The nurses always seemed to hate being there and not all of them were bad but energy wise it wasn’t great. I rarely looked forward to it but I couldn’t cancel as I was already locked in on the payment. The biggest red flag is that they take before pictures and after but they don’t show you putting it side by side they turn away the iPad and it takes them 10 mins to show what your before and after looks like sometimes they say they are gonna let you get dressed and they’ll show you when you get outside and to me it seems like they edit the pictures because I take pictures of my stomach and I didn’t see a single difference so who’s lying here? Long story short as a black woman, a woman and a human I would avoid this place when it comes to this procedure cause they lack honesty and it was a waste of money for me and I worked hard for it but it’s gone now and I didn’t get any of the results they claimed they even pushed for me to get more sessions to see the real results, again I am athletic with minimal loose skin so 4-6 sessions should have been enough they said. Lies. Never coming back!

I’ve been going to iCRYO - SouthPark for weekly vitamin D shots and IV infusions, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. One of my favorite things is that I never have to wait, they are always efficient and respectful of my time, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. The treatments themselves have been amazing. I feel such a difference with the weekly vitamin D shots, and the IV infusions leave me feeling refreshed and energized. I’ve had such a positive experience that I even brought my husband in for an IV infusion and he loved it too! If you’re looking for a clean, well-run place with outstanding customer service and real results, I highly recommend iCRYO SouthPark. It’s truly been a 10/10 experience every time!

I came in yesterday after completing the Charlotte Half Marathon to do the Cryotherapy session & Compression boots for the 1st time. I got exactly what they told me I would get out of the session. I should’ve added these things to my running recovery a long time ago. I’ll definitely be back! Staff is very welcoming & made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I recommend checking this place out.
