“This was my first time trying any sort of Cryo anything. I was not sure what to expect other than what was described on the website which seemed pretty straightforward. The day of my first appointment I walked in and I was a little confused where to go since they’re all independent suites. But it’s like a big circle and they were in the middle around the back. Bethany was very sweet and knowledgeable about the process and how it works. She seems to really enjoy working here and it shows. She has such empathy and cares for you when she asks the who what when where initially. When we started the actual Cryo part she makes sure to check on you every step since some people are sensitive to the cold and might feel uncomfortable. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable and I had no issues. I also did the EMS which I barely felt other than some tapping pulses. Afterwards she couldn’t stress enough how important it is to continue drinking water to see the best results. I was very happy with the attention to care, knowledge and most importantly safety aspect of it all from Bethany. I loved that it’s a family owned business and the service definitely shows unlike places that are more ‘corporate you’re just another number in the door’ type. I purchased more sessions and I’m excited to see my progress at the end of these sessions. I highly recommend checking them out if you are considering fat removal in a noninvasive manner!”
