This time I tried floatation therapy for the first time and wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but it turned out to be incredibly relaxing and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The environment was calm and welcoming, and the staff made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed beforehand, which really helped me fully enjoy the session. The whole experience left me feeling refreshed, both physically and mentally, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try something new.”
“The hydrotherapy massage bed is unbelievable, I feel so relaxed. It really is a great way to detox the mind and body of built up stress and tension you may carry. The staff are amazing well knowledgeable about the different treatments that are available and the benefits they have. I can't wait to try other treatments there. 100% by going back for another hydro treatment soon .”
“My friend and I visited yesterday. My birthday treat from her. We had the massage bed, compression therapy, flotation tank and infra red sauna. The welcome was friendly, and informative a good explaination of all of the treatments. The flotation tank was my favorite followed closely by the sauna. The compression therapy would be great post heavy leg work out or injury! We are planning a package which includes the cryotherapy treatment next and I will definitely be recommending to my gym buddies at Phoenix Fitness in Chester-le-Street”
