“1.) Support before and during the application was top. I noticed that I started to feel some fear in the chamber, but I was able to calm down with breathing. 2.) Why did I try it? Due to PTSD, I carry several symptoms daily, such as severe depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. After the session, I went for a walk for a bit.
