“I found this place via wellhub. and as an avid contrast therapy user, I was so excited to try it, and I was not disappointed. From the minute you walk in its like you escape the noise of the city instantly. literally a step a way from the noise to peace.. I loved the natural and minimal ambiance of the space. My favorite parts were the outdoor ice plunge and the aromatic sauna experience. This will definitely not be my last visit. Beautiful space & experience!”
“Absolutely loved this place! The contrast therapy experience is amazing. The sauna is beautiful, the ice bath is super clean and perfectly cold, and the hourly sauna rituals (Aufguss) make the whole experience even more special. There’s also a really nice indoor and outdoor chill area where you can relax between rounds. If you come between 12 and 3 pm, you even get some sunshine in the outdoor area, which makes it even better. The owners have created such a welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell they really care about every detail. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality contrast therapy experience. I’ll definitely be back!”
“I had an amazing experience at Kurhaus. Compared to many other saunas, the atmosphere here feels much more relaxing and comfortable. Everything is very well organized and designed to make the whole sauna experience enjoyable from start to finish. What I also loved is that you can cool down between sauna sessions in the cold plunge, which feels incredible, and they also offer refreshing drinks to keep you hydrated. The special German style Aufguss sessions were definitely a highlight — professionally done, intense, and very enjoyable. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the overall vibe is calm and welcoming. I highly recommend Kurhaus to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna experience in Mexico City.”
