“I've been going to More Energy in Herdecke for over two years now, for both EMS and the cold chamber - even though I come from Dortmund. The drive is worth it to me! No matter who trains me - Sören, Marc, Nico, Steffi, Christian, Yvonne - they all do it with a lot of joy and "High Energy," always with a smile on their faces, fun and casual conversations, and in a very familiar atmosphere. I can book my appointments myself via the app, but I can also call the studio anytime. The only downsides are the lunch breaks - and that you unfortunately can't train on Saturdays in Herdecke. For that, there's another studio in Hombruch where you can go, but unfortunately without a co...”
