“I bought myself a one-time visit to Palauttamoo as a Christmas present and I am really happy with the service. + Booking was easy online and the instructions were easy to find + Instructions for different devices and the Enkora app were sent to my email + The facilities are clean, beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is really cozy + The infrared sauna and cold pool were definitely my favorite! The shower facilities were impeccable, wonderfully lit and offered shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The cold pool was absolutely great! The sauna was easy to put on and the temperature was perfect! + The compression leggings were easy to install and put on and the relaxation was great. You could easily read a book or massage with a small muscle hammer while wearing the compression leggings. + The compression leggings came in many lengths + I especially liked the lying neurosonic chair. The program was easy to put on and there were many programs. + The mobilization corner was complex and contained everything you need + Lots of warm blankets + The space was completely available to myself + Local family business + 90 min was enough time to experience all the different services (30 min sauna/cold pool, 20 min compression leggings, 10 min neurosonic, 10 min mobilization corner and the remaining 20 min cleaning and playtime) > Of course, you can spend 60 min in the sauna if you feel like it, but I recommend that for first-time visitors. If you are coming for the first time, it is worth planning in advance what you are going to do and getting to know the equipment so that you do not waste any extra time.I went myself in the morning, but if you are planning to go in the afternoon, it is worth booking an appointment well in advance, as the afternoon times fill up the fastest. I also brought my own speaker to the Palauttamto so that I could play relaxing music in the background. However, I was left wondering if Palauttamo might have its own peaceful music system? I also thought that in this dark time, a bright light lamp could be suitable for Palauttamo (especially for morning visitors). I wondered for a long time whether a single visit was worth the price and now that I have been there, I can say that it really was! Of course, if you want to visit more, you should buy a membership, because single visits quickly cost more than a membership. I recommend launching the first single visit for new customers at a discounted price. As an athlete myself, I know that recovery is the number one priority and this is the perfect place for that. I might even consider a monthly membership here! I really enjoyed the experience, and I know that this time was not the last. Palauttamo is the perfect place to calm down in the middle of everyday life!”
