“This is a professional set up in a quiet area. The owner (khun Bo) is very friendly and knowledgeable about how to prepare for the icebath, entering the icebath and post icebathing. He is also knowledgeable about breath work, a very important part of becoming a regular icebath enthusiast There is a sauna too, if you want to heat up your body in between the dips in the ice. I highly recommend you to visit Siam Ice Bath. Thank you khun Bo, I'll be back”
