I can’t recommend Super Young Armadale enough! The staff are absolutely amazing – Tamina, Andy, Derik, and the team in general are always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they really care about making each visit a great experience. The range of services is incredible and everything is done with such a high level of professionalism and care. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so well looked after. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a calming vibe. I also really love their new extended hours on Thursdays – it makes it so much easier to fit self-care into a busy week. Would love to see these hours available on more days! Thank you to the Super Young team for creating such a special place. My home away from home. You’re the best!

Katie was incredibly professional, warm, and personable. She communicated everything clearly without over-explaining, which I really appreciated. She’s very gentle with infusions and attentive throughout the entire process, which made the experience feel calm and well cared for. The space itself is very clean and sleek—you notice it the moment you walk in, and it smells amazing, which adds to that immediate feeling of being refreshed before you even start. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back.

The moment I walked in I felt at home, guys if you are wanting to look after your health this is the place to go. Having NAD was the best decision, I’ve got so much energy especially in the afternoon when I used to crash and burnout but now I no longer have a nanna nap. my energy levels have improved dramatically. I can’t thank you enough xxx

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
