“I loved my time here! The staff was amazing and they explained everything in detail. It was my first time trying a cold plunge and infrared sauna and I have to say after it was all over my body was so relaxed and as the day went on my body became even more relaxed. So I'm a fan and I'll be going back at least once every two weeks. It's an amazing experience!”
“So I frequent contrast therapy studios often and this place was magical! I walked in and Jeroen was so welcoming and gave me a tour of the place. I never felt rushed which was very important to me. The establishment was so clean and they provide so many towels! The cold plunge is at a relaxing 50 degrees. And the infrared red sauna was exactly what I needed after a long flight. The TV was also a nice touch! Also, they provide hair dryers which never I see. Would definitely come back!!”
“Clean, modern, private, peaceful... everything you could ever need from an hour of self-care.The Dyson products, proprietary soaps, TVs, Eucalyptus towels, and wonderful staff all add to the experience. I can't wait to come back! My only feedback is that the floors get VERY slippery. I almost wiped out multiple times when getting out of the shower and cold plunge. There should definitely be mats on the ground, or just a sign instructing to lay down towels/be careful.”
