SweatHouz Sugar House Contrast Therapy Studio

“It’s a great reset and if you live close by, you gotta check it out. This place is very clean, going there makes you feel like a billionaire. Peaceful rooms. Your body will thank you for the hot cold contrast therapy, if I’m sore from work or exercise I notice an immediate positive difference. The people who work there are amazing too. Asia was super helpful in helping me set up the booking app. Everything is designed to be easy and low key.”

“Something you never knew you needed. Infrared sauna, vitamin c shower and cold plunge all in your own luxury private suite. Every time you leave you will feel refreshed. Anyone I have brought with me has also become a member because it’s seriously life changing! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the suites are clean and luxurious. This place is next level.”

“Right now in my fitness journey, I'm really focused on recovery. I had heard a lot of good things about SweatHouz, so I decided to check it out. Honestly, I didn't know exactly what to expect. It's easy to think you understand what a sauna and cold plunge experience will feel like, but until you actually do it, it's different. First off, the facility itself is top-notch. Everything was incredibly clean, modern, and fresh. The environment immediately felt calming and professional. The staff was also amazing. We were a little nervous going in, but everyone was supportive and welcoming from the start. Asia took the time to walk us through the room and explain how everything worked, which immediately put us at ease. My goal was to cycle between the sauna and cold plunge, and I'm really glad I did. The experience was both refreshing and humbling in the best way possible. I walked in sore and worn down from training, and I walked out feeling energized, clear-headed, and ready for the week ahead. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I can definitely see why so many people recommend SweatHouz for recovery and wellness.”
