TH7 West End

“TH7 Carseldine is one of my favourite places to go for my recovery. Not only do I feel amazing after using the recovery protocols but I feel as though I have had an amazing experience all round. The staff are always there to answer questions and offer support and the community that goes to TH7 are inclusive and friendly. Every time I have been to TH7 have meet some really lovely people and enjoyed a laugh with them which warms my heart and adds the next element to my experience. I really love this place, the best recovery in QLD.”

“Your Newstead and Carseldine venues are amazing but your staff are your biggest asset. They are always accommodating supportive and understanding. I love the small number of patrons when ever I've gone and the option to do an express session is fantastic. TH7 - I think you're on to something!”

“Great service, friendly staff, and classy clean space. The facilities are first class and the team were so kind and helpful. I ordered a slushy to compliment my session and they hand delivered it to me during the session. I've used the sauna, contrast pools, steam room and compression therapy multiple times now. After the session, my body feels incredible and I end up having the best night sleep. Feeling energised and recovered from all my training. Highly recommend to anyone who struggling with energy, sleep, or recovery from the training!”
