“US Cryotherapy Naples is a great place begin recovery after a workout. I run and use the gym frequently. Leg days at the gym leaves my hamstrings sore. Do yourself a favor and try the Normatec compression therapy. Works for me. Normatec reduces the soreness and gets you to recovery quickly. The process is relaxing and the leg treatment is much better than a massage. I also use the cryotherapy chamber. Biggest takeaway is the refreshed feeling and boost in mood after the cold treatment. While you’re at it look into the Novothor red light therapy. Pricey, but well worth a treatment. Your mileage may vary with these therapies. Sharing my own experience. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Location is clean and convenient. Excellent parking. Excellent businesses nearby as well.”
