★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (430 reviews)
“Loved it. First time doing a plunge & Sauna. We had a view while in the Sauna which was so great. Loved that we had options to go either, lake, shower or bucket or we could do all. Staff was great. We did pre book but you can walk in & chance it”
“It would be a mistake not to book this experience! Saunas and the lake pool are incredible. Can not fault a single thing. Clean, comfortable luxury with unobstructed views. Would recommend the 8am session if you’re coming in July with the sunrise turning the mountains pink (didn’t have my phone then so photos don’t reflect it!). They also have plastic bags for your wet swimmers and a hairdryer if you’ve got plans afterward. Safe are so friendly. Would recommend!”
“Super amazing experience! We had the 7:15am slot in June and throughout the session the sun came up, it was stunning. Highly recommend. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Met some awesome people in our session. Hope to be back soon.”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
