“I have been a member of B- Athletic for two months now, and I have to say that joining up was one of the best self- love decisions I have made for myself this year. I joined up as a Valentines Day present to myself, after a rough six months of transitioning to a new lifestyle in Cairns from Melbourne, and at that point I was feeling really low in both my fitness journey and my mental health in general. Fast forward two months, and I have gone from running maybe once a week, to attending the gym 4-5 times a week, for the last 5-6 weeks.
