“During the Basketball State Champs, my daughter had two compression massage sessions here. It was really helpful for her recovery. The manager was super friendly and lovely. Thank you”
“5 rating I have been coming for 6 years to TLC since it opened. In all of that time I have received the best service, with the most amazing team that work there. The facility is always clean and fresh. Staff cannot do enough to help you. I highly recommend the contrast therapy, it leaves you feeling amazing. Michelle (F) - Wellness by the Beach.”
“Brand new detox water therapy place on sugar rd! We aren’t triathletes so don’t let the recovery word stop you from going. The huge hot spa is the best we’ve ever sat in. 15 minutes being bubbled before jumping into the hot/cold plunge pools was amazing. Those pools are clean, refreshing, fun and challenging. Timed 2 mins in each during a 30 min session makes for a tingly and terrific feeling after. They also have a new infrared sauna and massage systems plus massage services. 4th visit and many more planned, we felt like athletes when we left lol. Super helpful and friendly owners. Book in now!!”
