What guests report
★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (98 reviews)
“Ben is the epitome of an excellent guide. I brought my partner and brother to his breath-work & ice bath experience at TLR. We all had a great time and felt the benefits of these sessions. He was exceptional in explaining breathwork techniques, precautions, and overall in leading the sessions. Under his guidance you will feel supported, seen, and given exactly what you need to release into the moment and teachings. Don’t hesitate to try him out!”
“This is my third ice bath with Ben, and there are many more to come. I've loved every one of them. Each time, I felt fantastic afterwards. The space is carefully curated, with great attention to detail. I felt safe, guided, and deeply connected to myself through the breathwork and ice-bath, from beginning to end, and that feeling stayed with me for days afterwards. I highly recommend it. And if Myska is there with her sound healing instruments, it adds another dimension to the experience. Beautiful. See you next week!”
“The Ice bath was a totally new experience for me. It was challenging but afterwards my body felt so good! Ben has an amazing relaxed vibe and from the minute you meet him, you trust him. I definitely go back when I’m in Malaga again.”
