What guests report
★★★★★ 4.5 / 5 (1186 reviews)
“We booked this experience in advance. A down-payment is required (about half the price). Towels and flip-flops are provided along with tea, juice, fruit, and chocolates as you are in the baths. We were a group of 3 at 12pm and had the place to ourselves. It was quiet and nice to not share the pools with others. It was easy to move between the Turkish steam bath, the warm pool, and cold pool. The staff was very welcoming and ensured we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 1.5hrs including a 30min massage. It was worth the little bit more for the 30min - it isn't a super deep massage but relaxing nonetheless. There is a small changing area with lockers, a shower, and toilet - it can be tight if traveling with 2+ people or if other guests are also there, but manageable if you can communicate and decide who will use the space first.”
“This was absolutely worth the time and money. 55 euros for 1 hour and 45 min relaxation with free water, tea, chocolate and some fruits. It also included a 30 min massage from Natalia who was super good and friendly.”
“we booked the relax combo (baths and massage). absolutely delightful! they provide tea, juice, and chocolates. There is a beautiful place to sit and snack. Hot and cold baths, and a steam room! the massage was in the open shared space and clothes on - not so thorough but still wonderful! highly recommend.”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
