“My experience with Tom and Nathalie is that they work very decisively from a holistic perspective and look beyond the person who simply walks in. They work appropriately and effectively based on genuine interest. Before coming to Tom and Nathalie, I had undergone various therapies with psychologists for, among other things, depression, PTSD, forms of social anxiety, panic attacks, and burnout symptoms. After I was in the final stage of treatment with the psychologist, Tom and Nathalie crossed my path, and coincidence does not exist. It was meant to be. Thanks to Nathalie's myofascial body coaching and the subsequent cryotherapy, I literally feel relief. Both mentally and physically. The good conversations with Tom also give me insights into myself. In the time I have known Tom and Nathalie (since April 2021), I can say that I am well on my way to following my heart, staying true to myself, and getting to know myself. In addition to all this, it is also a good support for running, which I enjoy doing, particularly for muscle recovery. So grateful that Cryo & Body Reset crossed my path!”
