The CRYOSIZER Club M2 in Munich Trudering has been active in Munich since 2015 and offers cold therapy training. The training takes place in a cryo chamber where the head and upper shoulder girdle are outside the chamber. A session lasts three minutes and is always conducted with 1:1 supervision. The CRYOSTHENIX® training, a 360° method, combines cold therapy training with a nutrition concept developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM). CRYOSIZER has been certified by DFV as the first and only company in Germany in cold therapy training since 2017.
