Personally, I didn't participate because I'm afraid of and hate the cold , but my husband loved it. We'll be back twice a month because he felt the positive effects immediately. Even though I didn't participate, I was allowed to watch and take photos and videos. I'll come back with my husband just for the warm welcome we received. Despite our being late, they were very understanding. I highly recommend it!”
