“The best place and experience for cryotherapy in Lille. Lovely staff and great advice for a swift recovery and/or a great relaxing time with a variety of services. I recommend you the massaging water bed . Keep on the good work”
“Didn't expect a lot, but was very satisfied in the end :D First time doing cryotherapy, there was nothing to be afraid of, it is cold, but bearable. You should wear underwear, socks, and gloves to protect some vulnerable parts of the body against cold. After the treatment, we had less muscle pain and slept very well. Tried a hydrotherapy as well for better sport performance. I would say it is not as strong as real massage, but it's very relaxing for muscles. The guy at reception explained every step very carefully and was super friendly. He spoke fluent English as well. We got some extra time for both treatments as a gift. We were tourists in Lille, so although cryotherapy is not something you usually do in a new city, I would definitely recommend it as an experience to anyone interested!”
