“I was recommended by a friend, and Usually I am very skeptical with trying new things, and since I have been dealing with severe leg pain I was skeptical that this might not work since nothing else has. To my surprise, just this first session has made a difference! I am excited to try more sessions for full relief but also the staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am excited to try the other services they also have to offer. I definitely recommend!”
“I have been going to E3 Cryo for almost five years now and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. I have tried most of their services and they are all exceptional. My personal favorites are the red light therapy, the glutathione shots, and the facials. Sonya is always excellent and incredibly friendly. One thing I really appreciate is seeing someone who works there actually using the services themselves and seeing the results. It makes you feel confident in what they offer. Even though the business is small, they make you feel like family, and when something goes wrong they really go out of their way to help. I especially want to thank Angel. Over the last few months she has helped my skin calm down tremendously. I have struggled with acne, spots, and texture issues, but with her facials and the glutathione shots my skin had finally become more even and controlled. Then last week I made the mistake of trying a face cream a friend brought back from Mexico. It was a prescription cream that I had used years ago, but I wasn’t sure if it was the exact same product. My friend had been using it for over a week and swore by it, so I tried it all over my face and neck. In the middle of the night I woke up with hives all over my face and intense redness. I used cold washcloths, soap, and ice packs just to calm the redness down, but the hives were still there. I went to see Angel and she quickly did a modified Cryo facial (not a full one because we didn’t have time) and I scheduled two more appointments for the following week. The next morning the hives were completely gone. My skin isn’t quite back to where it was before the reaction, but I truly believe I would have had significant scarring if Angel hadn’t stepped in so quickly. I’ve had smaller allergic reactions in the past that left scars from scratching. So I just want to say thank you to the entire E3 Cryo team — and especially thank you to Angel. Your care, skill, and willingness to help your clients really means a lot.”
“I received the bundle package as a gift and it was the perfect way to experience many of the services the spa has to offer. The setting is quiet, the rooms are relaxing and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend .”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
