“SWTHZ is an awesome spot for contrast therapy and well worth checking out if you’re even a little bit curious about saunas and cold plunges. I went with their intro offer—$25 for a full session—and it was absolutely worth it. You get a private room and can use everything at your own pace. I did 35 minutes in the sauna, followed by a quick vitamin C shower, then jumped into the cold plunge for 4 minutes. This was my first time trying a cold plunge, and I’m not gonna lie—the first 40 to 60 seconds were rough. But once I got past that, it actually felt amazing. After that, I did another quick shower just to warm my frozen toes back up. The facility is extremely clean and clearly well maintained. One thing I really appreciated is that when you pay for an hour, you actually get a full hour. There’s a timer in the room that they start after you shut the door, so you’re not left guessing or feeling rushed. They even have a TV visible from inside the sauna if that’s your thing, which is a nice bonus. Everything about the experience was professional, relaxing, and well thought out. I’ll definitely be going back. Great spot for recovery or just to reset your mind and body.”
“We love this place! I live in Scottsdale in the depths of hell in the summer and I still cold plunge and sauna everyday! The mental benefits of Sweathouse has been the best! I joined last November with Christie and the customer service and attention to detail is like no other!! Thank God we have them here. It’s a part of my wellness routine as I enter my older years!”
“I love coming here for my weekly spa day! Everyone is so friendly, accommodating and professional. TOP NOTCH AND BEST IN THE VALLEY. My hour session goes by too fast! Sauna and cold plunge have been a part of my health and healing journey the last several years. It’s not a fad for me but a lifestyle. I have been to other places in the valley but nothing compares to the customer service, amenities and overall cleanliness of the sweathouz. I’m am a member for life! Thank you for having a top notch place to heal and feel good!”
