★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (74 reviews)
“I really enjoy coming here to relax. Being a business owner, sometimes I need a place to shut off and zone out. This is a great place for it. Secondly, I've been recovering from a challenging back injury from over a year ago. Everytime I leave this place any stiffness I was feeling is gone. I also feel invigorated by the cold plunge and ready for the rest of the day. The front desk staff are super nice, accommodating, and they work really hard. Winnie, Israela, and the other recepetionist (I don't recall her name), always do their best to accommodate members to their specific needs. I highly recommend booking an appointment here and taking advantage of the monthly membership as you can go as much as you want. Also, there are some super meaningful quotes on the walls in the cedar bath area. Very inspiring. Good job Elevate.”
“First time at Elevate but definitely not the last. Went for the full circuit of compression boots, sauna and hot/cold plunges. Staff Winnie and Izzy were so kind and helpful. My group had a really good time trying something new. The compression boots were incredible. Looking forward to making another booking in the future.”
“We did a two-person wellness circuit for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The person helping us through our booking was incredibly helpful and attentive. Everything was very clean, and it was such a relaxing environment. Very much worth the value and perfect for a day date. We will be back again for sure!”
