“I experienced my first Hive Event in May with the women's Gathering, She Sweats, She Shines. It was so nice to start out with meditation and the sound bowls. The cold plunge was very invigorating and the sauna was so relaxing. I was apprehensive about the sauna because I find it very stifling, but the sauna I was in was not as hot as the others, which made it comfortable to sit in. I enjoyed the conversation in the sauna and the connection that I felt with the other women. The team is so prepared and professional, making sure we stayed hydrated, explain the breathing before entering the cold water and just taking care of all of our needs. It was a great experience and I plan on attending more events in the future!”
