“My experience at iCRYO was fantastic! I visited with a group (7+ people), and despite the size of our group, Taylor handled everything by herself with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude from start to finish. She was personable, helpful, and made sure everyone had the opportunity to experience the services they were interested in. Customer service like that is rare, and she deserves to be recognized for it. TAYLOR IS A ROCK STAR! The facility itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Free parking is available nearby. Everything looked clean, and they had clothing and accessories available in a variety of sizes, which made the experience comfortable and convenient. I personally tried the Whole Body Cryotherapy chamber and the Compression Therapy. The cryotherapy session was surprisingly enjoyable—the cold wasn’t unbearable, and I appreciated learning about the potential wellness and recovery benefits. The compression therapy was equally relaxing, and the session length felt generous. It was a great opportunity to sit back, recover, and unwind. One thing to note: the waiver process took a little time, but I actually appreciated how thorough they were. It showed they take safety and education seriously. Everyone in our group tried different services, and I heard positive feedback across the board. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely be interested in returning and making some of these services part of my regular wellness routine.”

“Such a lovely experience. Emily was very welcoming, walked us through every step of our visit, and always ensured we were comfortable. Her care made our stay feel even better. Highly consider iCry-o if you're training for something, which both my partner and I are. Great for recovery and relaxation. Also, I noticed very quickly how clean and kept the space is. Everything felt great! A quick mention, arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out some forms. It is pretty thorough, as it should be to ensure safety, but it can take several minutes to complete. 10/10!”
