“A true gem in the city. Lindsey really knows her stuff and is so sweet. It was my first time trying a Lymphatic massage and she was so thorough in explaining every step as well as what to expect after. I feel like I leave healthier and educated every time I visit!”

“I started Endosphéres Therapy for lymphatic drainage along with a multi-service membership that rotates infrared sauna and cryotherapy, and it has completely elevated how I feel week to week. My energy is better, I’m way less stressed, and I can genuinely see changes in my body shape. The lymphatic drainage is AMAZING — I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The device is completely different from manual lymphatic massage. It works deeper and more effectively, and it’s exactly what my body needed. Rotating in infrared sauna for detox and cryotherapy for recovery keeps everything balanced. Highly recommend committing to the membership — the consistency really makes a difference.”

“I’ve been doing Endosphéres Therapy for lymphatic drainage twice a week for 6 weeks, and adding the infrared sauna on my off days, and the difference has been incredible. I feel noticeably lighter and less heavy overall, especially in my legs. My inflammation has gone down, I recover much quicker after workouts, and even my clothes are fitting better. The combination of lymphatic drainage and infrared sauna has been a total game changer for my body. I genuinely look forward to my sessions each week. The whole body cryotherapy is also amazing for recovery and tightening everything up. Highly recommend committing to a consistent plan — it works!”
