“I have been coming to 10X for the multiple treatments. •As someone who is a bit claustrophobic, I was nervous about trying Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy,however the team at 10X was so patient and explained me thoroughly about safety and how to equalise my ears and checked on me frequently. The chamber was comfortable and clear. I fell asleep after I was calm. •The private sauna/cold plunge which I would say one of the best in Hongkong with harbour view. •The red light therapy here is unbeatable, unlike the one I use at home. The 30 minute session was very relaxing. It just took me one session to feel completely rejuvenated, muscle recovery, less inflammation, and my sleep cycle have improved a lot. 10X is my only go to place in Hongkong for all the experience.”
