““I recently had an Iglu Therapy ice bath installed at my home and after a bad experience with another company, I must say, the entire experience has been exceptional. From the moment of initial contact, the team at Iglu demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and expertise. The installation process was seamless, with clear and comprehensive instructions provided every step of the way. Great job done guys! What truly has set this Iglu Therapy apart is their commitment to aftercare and ongoing support. (Previous company was nothing more than appalling and had no choice but to sell the unit and look for better options…) The integration of the ice bath with my smartphone via their user-friendly app has been a game-changer, allowing me to easily control and monitor the temperature, track my progress. The app’s design, coupled with the immediate support available directly through the platform, ensured I got the most out of my ice bath therapy. The post-installation follow-up and aftercare services are nothing short of phenomenal. The Iglu team (especially Kate who I am in direct contact with), continues to provide invaluable advice and support, ensuring my experience is not only beneficial but also sustainable in the long term. Iglu Therapy’s dedication (thank you Kate..!) to excellence in both product and service has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their ice baths to anyone looking to enhance their wellness journey with a company that truly cares about its clients.””
“Thanks IGLU for a great experience. Your team were professional and communicated effectively. We love our purchase. Highly recommend”
