What guests report
★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (70 reviews)
“Great concept and fun execution. Feels like a boutique sauna / cold plunge experience, and the guided sessions really help you push how you deal with heat and cold. Sauna follows by a choice of coldness for the plunge. The added essences etc added during the heat also made it a whole experience, more than just a sauna and cold plunge. Staff are friendly and professional and there are changing cubicles and safes for your stuff. Really recommend if you’re around. Plus, the merch is dope, I got a T-shirt to rep in the UK!”
“One of the best sauna experiences Ive ever had. Guided with good music. Beautiful essential oil. Sunset into the space. View of the smashing waves. Not sure what else you could possibly want from an afternoon in Cape Town ! Loved the extra bits like lectrolyte water and plastic bags for wet wetsuits.”
“I AM HOOKED! Had such a great session last night with Mike (High Session). Loved the way the hour session was lead with 3 x 15min of sauna with ice baths in between with a focus on breathing. Will definitely try make this a weekly/monthly activity!”
