“It’s great to have a state-of-the-art recovery centre in such a convenient location. I’ve tried the ice bath a couple of times after Crossfit (trying my next one at 5 deg C ) and it works for me. Good massage tables and also some other stuff like Hyperbaric chambers which I have not tried yet. The service is friendly and efficient and prices are reasonable. Thumbs up!”
