“We (a team of 8 goold old friends from 1978 onwards) had a Wim Hof breath and ice bath session with Lauren Hudson. For all but one it was their first ice bath in their lives. The session was well organized and set up by Lauren. She accompanied us very well through the minutes in the icebath. In the aftertalks with the guys their enthousiasm about the event raised. We were all impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and personality. The day after we felt great. The location is awesome located on a large farm. Overall we recommend her and her work to do the same. Book a breath and ice bath session with Lauren!”
“Ended up staying way longer than I meant to. It’s the kind of place where you can sit, chat, or just switch off for a bit without feeling like you need to be doing something. Crowd feels normal too, grounded people and not try-hard or pretentious. Hard to explain properly, but it’s one of those spots that feels better the longer you’re there. Worth pulling in and seeing for yourself.”
