“So, my wife goes to In The Zone Cryo in Overland Park every Saturday for a particular service. We live in the Northland so I drive her down there to have something to do. Walking into this business you can really tell that the people working there actually care about what they do. Our interactions have been with David, Ayda and Olivia. The interactions are genuinely warm and professional, however, they can communicate with you on any level you want and it doesn’t feel forced or fake. I like that!! David is the owner, but it’s hard to tell because all three take the same pride in their work and the way they treat people. As for the services, everything is outstanding. Actually life changing for me. I decided to try a couple services they provide and it has been the most positive experience I’ve had in about 40 years in dealing with some aches and pains I live with. We’ve been coming to IN THE ZONE CRYO for close to a year now. If you’re looking for a business that values its customers, delivers exceptional service and has a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!”
